We are a team-oriented environment! Front of House employees start at $14.42/hour plus 75% of tip share. Back of House employees start at $20/hour and get 25% of tip share. We offer accrued paid time off, flexible schedule, river toys rental system, unlimited free yoga, and a ski pass or paid equivalent to your adventure sport of choice for full-time employees. After 6 months, full-time employees are entitled to $150 bucks a month in health and wellness.
