We are a team-oriented environment! Front of House employees start at $14.81/hour plus 75% of tip share. Dishwashers start at $18/hour and our line cooks start at $20/hour plus 25% of tip share. We offer accrued paid time off, flexible schedule, river toys rental system, unlimited free yoga, and a ski pass or paid equivalent to your adventure sport of choice for full-time employees. After 6 months, full-time employees are entitled to free healthcare through Aspen Ridge Medical in town.
