1. Restaurant Services & Online Ordering

  • Third-Party Platforms: Online ordering for food, beverages, and pick-up is facilitated through integrated third-party platforms (such as Toast, Inc.). When placing an online order, you may be redirected to or interact with these third-party systems, which are subject to their own terms and policies.

  • Menu Items & Pricing: Prices, menu items, ingredients, and availability displayed on the Site are subject to change without notice. While we strive to display accurate pricing and descriptions, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and cancel or adjust orders impacted by incorrect pricing.

  • Allergies & Dietary Restrictions: While we offer menu items designed to accommodate various dietary preferences (e.g., gluten-free options), our kitchen processes wheat, dairy, nuts, and other allergens. We cannot guarantee that any item will be 100% allergen-free or free from cross-contamination. Please inform staff of any severe allergies prior to placing your order.

  • Alcoholic Beverages: Alcoholic beverages ordered online or in person are strictly available to individuals aged 21 or older with valid government-issued photo identification. Proof of age will be verified at pick-up or service in accordance with Colorado state law.
